When doing it, re-evaluate how do you feel about the different areas as time goes by and you start working on it. I recommend you keep your findings and revisit this exercise from time to time. Then I ask you to rate yourself satisfaction in the mentioned areas from 0 to 10. Each part you named with a different aspect of your life like Personal Growth, Health, Home Environment, Friends and Family, Money or Finances, Significant Other, Career, and Fun & Leisure. The Wheel of life works very well because it is very graphic too! It consists of drawing a circle and dividing it into eight parts. It helps to decide which one would like to start working on, so it guides you through a natural priority. The wheel of life is a potent tool because it makes you analyze different aspects of your life. So, let me get started with the tools I would like to present to you and why I chose each one of them. Perhaps not so deeply as a coach would get with you but still, you can do some work in your own. Depending on your level of awareness and capacity of challenging yourself you can also work on your own.
